The Supreme Court maintains the temporary blockade in the deportations of Trump's alien enemies.

The Supreme Court, in a 7-2 decisionHe extended his court order that temporarily prohibits the Trump administration of eliminating Venezuelan immigrants from the United States under the proclamation of the alien enemies law and sending the case to the 5th Court of Appeals of the United States Circuit to resolve the question of how much time should be provided so that the detainees challenge their remoctions.

The majority said that the government did not provide migrants directed under the authority of the war with enough time or information to dispute their cases.

“The interests of detainees at stake are particularly heavy. In these circumstances, the notification approximately 24 hours before the elimination, devoid of information on how to exercise the rights of due process to compete that the elimination is surely not approved,” the majority wrote in the decision. “But it is not optimal for this Court, far from the circumstances in the field, to determine in the first instance the necessary process to satisfy the Constitution in this case.”

The order applied to migrants held in Texas. The judges did not reach the question of the legality of the removals under the Aien Enemies Law.

“We recognize the importance of government national security interests, as well as the need for such interests to continue consistently with the Constitution. In the light of the lower courts, the lower courts must address AEA cases expedited,” they wrote.

Judges Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas disagreed.

Not long after the court made his decision, President Donald Trump issued a statement from all CS about the social truth that criticizes the judges.

“The Supreme Court will not allow us to get the criminals out of our country!” said.

Trump continued to hit the decision of the Supreme Court on the Alien enemies Law in a second place later on Friday.

“The Supreme Court has just dictated that the worst murderers, drug traffickers, gang members and even those who are mentally crazy, who illegally entered our country, are not allowed to be allowed to go out without going through a long, prolonged legal process, one that will take, possibly, many years for each person, and one that will allow these people to commit many crimes before they even see the interior of a court.

Trump said the decision “will let more criminals are poured into our country” and will “make great damage to our precious American public.”

“The United States Supreme Court does not allow me to do what I was chosen to do. The dream Joe Biden allowed millions of criminal foreigners to enter our country without any” process “, but, to get them out of our country, we have to go through a long and extended process,” he added. “In any case, thanks to Judge Alito and Judge Thomas for trying to protect our country. This is a bad and dangerous day for the United States!”

Lee Gelernt, a lawyer for the American Union of Civil Libertads, told ABC News in a statement on Friday that the Supreme Court “pauses correctly” about the use of Alien enemies law.

“For now, this means that no more individuals can be hurried to a brutal foreign prison, perhaps incommunicado for the rest of their lives,” he said.

Earlier this week, the Trump administration asked the court to raise his mandate, arguing that the migrants who intended to deport by virtue of the law were dangerous.

The original court order was reduced as a rare decision during the night in the early hours of Saturday, April 19, and blocked the administration of deporting Texas migrants.
